Privacy Policy

last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy is published by Beijing Titan Horizon Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the developer of the NanoPic application (our “Software” or “App”). We respect the privacy of our users (“you”) and have developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how it may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Software or services (our “Services”). By using our Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through the email or address displayed below.

1. Information and Data We Collect from You

NanoPic is designed to process your images locally on your device. In most cases, we do not collect personal information that identifies you. To the extent any information is collected, it is described below.
(1) Technical Information. Certain technical information (such as the type and version of your operating system, the version of the Software, and your configuration and settings of the Software) may be generated and used locally on your device to operate the Software and to save your preferences. Except as described in this Privacy Policy (such as the update check below), this information is not uploaded to our servers.
(2) Subscription and Purchase Information. We use the API provided by Apple (StoreKit) to obtain information about your subscription or in-app purchase orders, such as the purchased items, subscription time, order status, and payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of your payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies (such as Apple), which you may contact through their websites: https://www.apple.com. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
(3) Update Check. To determine whether a newer version of the Software is available, the Software may contact our server and transmit a randomized parameter that does not identify you personally. No personal data is transmitted during this process.

2. Information You Give to Us

(1) Images and On-Device Processing. NanoPic is an image processing tool. When you use the Software, you import images into the App to be processed (such as compression, format conversion, resizing, color adjustment, and watermarking). These images are processed locally on your device, are not uploaded to our servers, and the processed results are saved only to the location you choose on your device.
The Smart Crop feature uses the Apple Vision framework to detect faces, human bodies, or subjects on your device in order to optimize the cropping result. This detection takes place locally and is used only temporarily to perform the crop. The detection results and your images are not stored on our servers, are not uploaded, and are not shared with any third parties.
(2) Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information you voluntarily submit to us in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software, including any individual User ID which may be automatically generated by the Software when you use our Software and Services.
We do not save or collect the images you provide when you use our App. The output generated by the App when you use our Services is not saved on our server and cannot be used to identify who you are.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through our Services for the purposes described in this Policy. For example, we may use your information to: —Operate, maintain and improve our Services; —Understand your preferences to enhance your experience using our Services; —Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service; —Check for Software updates; —Take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with our Software and Services; —Enforce the terms and conditions applicable to our Software and Services and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof. If any new purposes for processing your information arise we will let you know by introducing the corresponding changes to this Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We will not share any personal information that we have collected from you except for the following events:

We take appropriate measures to ensure that no user can be individually identified from the disclosure of such information, and we require these third parties (i) to keep the data secured, (ii) not to use the data for any other purpose other than to provide us with the Service; and (iii) to use the data solely in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.
